While we do not directly bill health insurance companies, we are happy to provide you with a detailed receipt and invoice for all your physiotherapy sessions. This will contain all the necessary information, for you to claim reimbursement directly from your private health insurance provider.

We understand that unexpected events can sometimes disrupt your plans. If you need to change your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient in need.

How to Cancel or Reschedule:

Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees:

Less than 24 hours’ notice: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.
